DragonPSR Ltd (DragonPSR) has always been committed to recruitment best practice, professionalism and transparency.  We protect the privacy of our clients and candidates and treat all dealings with us in the strictest confidence.
 
Candidates or clients who share personal information with us can be assured that we only gather information necessary to aid the recruitment process and to understand their profile to monitor and improve our service.
 
As part of our recruitment service provision we will only share your details with third parties in the following instances:
 
When required as part of a recruitment process (sharing candidate details with a client or client details with a candidate).  This would usually relate to a specific job opportunity or a more general pro-active approach.  In both instances we gain your express consent prior to doing so.
 
For the purposes of holding and processing data, specifically our CRM (contact database) provider and our IT service provider.  Both are locally based in the UK and bound by the same GDPR requirements.
 
From time to time we may use your personal details for the purposes of promoting our services but only if you have expressly "opted in" to such communications.  You can easily "opt out" at any time.
 
By sharing your details with us either through our website, via email, by phone or in person you consent to us collecting personal information for the purposes of providing recruitment services as outlined above.
 
In addition we may also use, disclose and communicate your personal information if required to do so by law including by an order of any court.
 
Under GDPR, you are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold.
