• Through our knowledge of the client and the opportunity.
• Insight into the client’s likely interview style.
• Focus areas that are critical to the client (experience, traits etc.).
• Concern areas to be aware of / address.
Feedback
From the initial DragonPSR and our client’s interview(s) we will provide specific, objective, honest and constructive feedback.
Your trusted consultant
We will work as a trusted confidante and be generous with our advice, counsel and time. We will be honest, straight and direct with you, even when delivering bad news. And we will not oversell.
Confidentiality
And of course, confidentiality and discretion at all times is guaranteed.
