	We will work as a trusted confidante and be generous with our advice, counsel and time.  We will be honest, straight and direct with you, even when delivering bad news.  And we will not oversell.
	Our behaviour will demonstrate our desire to work with you on a long-term basis, it’s not about a “fast buck”!

	We will act as an extension to your business, promoting you, your organisation and your vacancy as you want us to.  We do this by gaining significant insight at the outset and being genuinely passionate about what we do.
	Attention to detail
	When being briefed for a vacancy, we pay attention to detail.  We will ask questions you may not have considered.  We will pro-actively identify potential challenges and bring them to your attention.  The Dragon’s in the detail!
	Proper / Accurate Candidate Representation
	Before we introduce a candidate to you, we will have conducted a thorough, challenging face to face interview.  We will have discussed your opportunity with them and gained their consent to represent them.  They will arrive for interview well-briefed and not misled about any material facts.
	Confidentiality
	And of course, confidentiality and discretion at all times is guaranteed.
	In short, your experience with us should be better than other recruiters.  If it’s not, please tell us.
